AT THE KATEBOARD ARK AND AT OTHER ARKS AND ECREATION FACILITIES
Smoking is prohibited at the Darex Ice Rink (on the ice and in the area between the
concession and the entryway but not including the stands), in the Meyer Pool (inside the
fenced pool area), in the Skateboard Park (entire facility), and at the Reservoir (the sandy
beach area).

IN PARK PLAYGROUND AREAS AND IN ATHLETIC FIELD AREAS
Smoking is prohibited in all playgrounds located in city parks and at the following parks and
recreational facilities (except in vehicle parking areas): Hunter Park, YMCA Park, and North
Mountain Park. For the purposes of this rule, a 'playground' is defined as an area
containing playground equipment, including any areas within 25 feet of equipment, and
'smoking' means any inhaling of, exhaling of, burning of, or carrying of a lighted cigar,
cigarette, or other tobacco-like product.
