Re: Addressable Set-Top Services Agreement (the "Agreement")
Dear Pete Lovrovich:
The Agreement referenced expired on February 28, 2005. You received a letter sent
Novelnber 2004 offering to renew the Agreement \vith an extended term through February 28,
2007, and a change in the base monthly fee to $.35 per Set..Top Box.
The Current Term of the Agreement will expire on February 28, 2007. This is to advise
you that, pursuant to Schedule C of the Agreement, General Instrument Authorization Services,
Inc. ("GIAS") has elected to extend the Agreement to May 31, 2008. Except as otherwise
expressly set forth in this letter, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance
with its terms.
To the extent you have not yet done so~ please return an executed acceptancE: of the
renewal notice sent last November 2004 if it is acceptable to you. Upon receipt of your executed
acceptance, General Instrument Authorization Services will regard the Agreement as extended
through May 31,2008 instead of February 2007.
No other action is required as this notice is being sent for informational purposes only.

Re: Addressable Set-Top Services Agreement (the "Agreement")
Dear Pete Lovrovich:
The Initial Term of the Agreement will expire on February 28, 2005. This is to advise you that,
pursuant to Schedule C of the Agreement, General Instrument Authorization Services, Inc.
("GIAS") has elected to terminate the Agreement as of that date.
However, as an alternative, GIAS shall, upon your written acceptance, renew the Agreement for
the period of March 1, 2005 through , :fi)f a base monthly fee of $0.35 per Set-
Top Box - minimum monthly fees remain unch nged per AST. Except as otherwise: expressly set
forth in this letter, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance \vith its tenns.
If you agree with the terms of this letter, pleas so indicate by signing the enclosed copy of this
letter and returning it to me on or before Februa 1, 2005, at the address set forth below.
