RESOLUTION 2005-17
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION
TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
RECITALS:
The City must annually adopt a resolution electing to receive an
apportionment of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services General
Fund revenues derived from tax imposed on the sale of liquor as part of State
Revenue Sharing.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City elects to receive state revenues for fiscal
year 2005-2006.
This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
This resolution was read by title only and duly adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Ashland on this ih day of June, 2005.

I certify that a public hearing before the Budget Committee was held on May 19, 2005
and a public hearing before the City Council was held on June 7, 2005, giving citizens an
opportunity to comment on use of State Revenue Sharing,
