As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or
other actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of
associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and
assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of
the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
Action: Structure will not be increased to greater than 3600 square feet as determined by the Oregon
Fire Code without an alternative to the existing fire protection. Oregon Fire Code 2003 Appendix B
requires fire flow of 1750 gpm or greater for structures greater than 3600 square feet. Fire flow
available in the Billings Ranch subdivision is less than 1750gpm. Square footage of all j:ueas under
the roof including, but not limited to living space, garage, storage, basement, covered d,ecks and
porches are used to dete. rmine square footage. Any future con~uction must meet fire code
requirements in effect at .that time. I
