other actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of
associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir{s), executors, and
assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this ,l\greement shaH run with the land, so that fulfillment of
the items listed below shall be binding upon future O\Nners of the property.

property contains only one single family residence and the new garage/studio will not be

without obtaining conditional use permit approval, and therefore use of the garage/situdio as
a separate dwemng would be a violation of the Ashland Municipal Code and subjE!ct to all

Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot One (1) in Block Two (2) of CROSBY
SUBDIVISION in the City of Ashland, JacKson County, Oregon, according to the official plat
thereof, now of record; thence South 44055'10" West, along the northwesterly line of said
Lot, 109.00 feet to a 5/8" steel pin; thence South 45004'50" East 56.02 feet to a 5/8"
steel pin; thence North 89054'35" East 55.76 feet to a 5/8" steel pin marking the true
