As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or
other actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of
associated costs, This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and
assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of
the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
Action: The owner shall not install kitchen facilities into the detached workshop/office. The existing
property already contains two single family residences and the new workshop/office will not
be utilized as a separate residential unit. Use of the workshop/office space alS a separate
dwelling would be a violation of the Ashland Municipal Code and subject to all penalties
thereof.
The o~~r shall not in,stall a curb cut/driveway apron on the Oregon Street frontage to
acces$ t~e workshop w' ut obtaining approval of a Planning Action for an Exception to
Stree dards.

Beginning at a point on the south line of Oregon Street in the City of Ashland, Jackson
County, Oregon, which point is 60.0 feet South of the southwest corner of Lot 32 in Block
"0" of MEIKLE & PAYNE ADDITION to the City of Ashland, Oregon; thence South 67.0 feet;
thence East 140.0 feet to the west line of Indiana Street; thence North, along said line,
67.0 feet to the south line of said Oregon Street; thence West, along said line, 140.0
feet to the point of beginning.
