As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or
other actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of
associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s}, executors, and
assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of
the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
ACTION: Agree 1) That the shared driveway shall be maintained to a 15-foot clear width where not
constrained by structures in existence as of March 8th, 2005; 2) That the shared driveway is to be
maintained to fire apparatus access standards where not constrained by structures in existence as
of March 8th, 2005 ; and 3) That any modifications to the January 31, 2005 "Mutual Access Easement
Agreement for Driveway & Sewer" between the owners of tax lots 39 1 E 09 BA #11800 and 39 1 E
09BA #11900 shall be re~!W~d~~~~V:d by Ashland Fire & Rescue prior to signature.
