AMENDMENT NO.1
to
CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AlP PROJECT NO.. 3-41-0002-06
The Consultant Services Contract dated March 2004 between the CITY OF ASHLAND, hereinafter
referred to as OWNER, and DAVID EV ANSAND ASSOCIATES, INC., a Professional
Consulting Engineering finn, hereinafter referred to as CONSULT ANT, shall be amended as
follows:
· Additional Services During Construction required to provide Resident Observation for night
construction during installation ofMIRL system.
In consideration for these additional engineering services, the OWNER shall pay the
CONSULTANT in accordance with the CONSUL T.i\NT' s hourly rates attached hereto and direct
nonsalary expenses at actual cost. The maximum compensation for this additional work shall not
exceed $10,000. The total contract amount for services during construction is hereby revised to
$46,849.72, and the total contract amount for design and services during construction is hereby
revised to $131,017.95. All other conditions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto each herewith subscribe the same in triplicate.
