SOUTHERN OREGON UNIVERSITY
R_esidence Hall Internet Access Services Agreement
THIS RENEWAL IS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF OREGON, ACTING BY AND
THROUGH THE STATE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION ON BEHALF OF SOUTHERN OREGON
UNIVERSITY, THE C][TY OF ASHLAND, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OREGON, ON
BEHALF OF ASHLAND FIBER NETWORK, AND PRIME TIME VENTURES LLC, D.B.A.
INFO STRUCTURE, A PRIVATE CORPORATION RESIDENT AT 611 SISKIYOU BLVD., SUITE #2, IN THE
CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON.
Renewal Term INFOSTRUCTURE:
Pursuant to the original Residence Hall Internet Access Services Agreement (dated September 27, 1999), section C
"InfoStructure Responsibilities", subsection 3.2, the original contract term for InfoStructure services expired October
31,2001 upon University's full utilization of the agreed upon maximum payments, and has been renewed to date,
through June 30, 2005. Under the terms of the original agreement, it may be renewed on an annual basis, through
October 31, 2006.
All parties agree to renew InfoStructure services provided under this agreement and all related amendments effective
July 1,2005, for the final period of 16 months, through October 31,2006.
Renewal Term CITY:
Pursuant to the original Residence Hall Internet Access Services Agreement, Section B 4, "City Responsibilities-
Term", the initial term of five (5) years commenced on the date Service was first delivered to SOU. Service began
during September 1999. Under the terms of the original agreement SOU and CITY have renewed for one of the five
optional one-year periods through August 2005 to date.
All parties agree to renew City of Ashland services provided under this agreement and all related amendments
effective August 31, 20015, for a period of one year, through August 31, 2006, with the option for three (3) additional
one year renewals upon agreement of all parties.
Renewal Fees CITY:
Under the terms of the June 30, 2004 AmendmentlRenewal to the aforementioned original Agreement, CITY and
SOU agree to increase the bandwidth from 6 Megabits to 10 Megabits effective September 15,2005, at the rate of
$2,940.00 per month.

AND UNDERSTOOD THE RENEWAL AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS STATEMENTS.
