This letter is to clarify the intent of a state-
ment made as consideration for the easement recorded
as instrument number 80-26339 at Jackson County Deed
Records. The statement ...
"Underground service to existing or
future building will be provided by
the City at no extra charge",
should be revised as follows:
"Underground electrical service to
existing or future buildings situated
at 138 North Pioneer will be provided
by the City of Ashland at no charge."
This letter will be placed on file with the recorded
easement in the City Recorder's office.

unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement .is for
installation and maintenance of electrical utility
lines and related appurtenances. Underground service to existing
or future building will be provided by the City at no extra charge.
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to--wit:
The North 5.00 feet of the South 52.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 23
of the Chitwood Tract to the City of Ashland, Jackson County,
Oregon, and the East 10.00 feet of the South 52.00 feet of said
lot.
