As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is
to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action: The owner shall not install kitchen facilities into the existing detached garage. This property has been
approved for two living units under Planning Action #2005-00458 with the condition that the existing
detached garage will not be utilized as a separate residential unit. A separate, third residential unit is not
permitted, and therefore use of the space as a separate dwelling would be a violation of the Ashland
Municipal Code and subjec to all penalties thereof.

Beginning at a point 464.0 feet South of the intersection of the south line ,of Iowa Street
with the east line of ALLENDALE ADDITION to the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon,
according to the official plat thereof, now of record, said point being on the.east
boundary line of'a 16.0 foot alley in said Addition; thence South along said alley 49.0
feet to an iron stake, said point being the northwest corner of tract. described in Volume
280, page 584 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence East alo:ng the north
line of said tract 146.0 feet, more or less, to an iron stake on the west si'de-line of
Garfield Street in said City; thence North along said Street line 48.0 feet, to a point
East of the point of beginning; thence West 146.0 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
