A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION
TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
RECITAL: A. ORS 221.770 requires cities to pass a resolution
stating their intent to receive state revenues.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Ashland elects to receive distributions
for fiscal year 1993-94 pursuant to ORS 221.770.
The foregoing resolution was READ BY TITLE ONLY and DULY
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Ashland on the 15th day of June 1993.
