RESOLUTION NO. 91-~..s-
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR THE APPROPRIATION
OF CERTAIN LAND FOR PUBLIC USE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Ashland as
follows:
SECTION 1. The land delineated in Exhibit "A" as Parcel 3 which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein is hereby appropriated for the
purpose of constructing, installing and maintaining an electrical
substation and related purposes, all in the City of Ashland, Oregon.
Fee title to the property is required.
SECTION 2. It is further determined that the appropriation of all or
parts of the above described real property is reasonably necessary for
the installation, construction and maintenance of an electrical
substation in the City of Ashland.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on thl~ / P ~
