A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 84-03, REMOVING PARKING FROM
AND ESTABLISHING TWO-WAY BIKE LANES ON WALKER AVENUE FROM EAST
MAIN STREET TO SISKIYOU BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution 84-03 is repealed.
SECTION 2. Parking on Walker Avenue between East Main
Street and Siskiyou Boulevard is hereby prohibited at all
times.
SECTION 3. Two (2) one-way bicycle lanes are established on
Walker Avenue between East Main Street and Siskiyou
Boulevard in accordance with attached Exhibits A and B.
SECTION 4. This resolution is to become effective at: such
time when the Public Works Director can prepare plans and
bid the project, and the project is complete and all
striping and signing in place.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council for the City of Ashland on the 20th
day of March 1990.
