RESOLUTION NO. 90- II
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-45.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 89-45, Section 2, is amended by
changing the effective date of March 30, 1990 to
not later than December 1, 1990.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a rl~gular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland, Oregon, on
this 20th day of March, 1990.

RESOLUTION NO. 89-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND ESTABLISHING THIRD STREET AS
A ONE-WAY STREET BETWEEN LITHIA WAY AND EAST MAIN STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby determined and resolved that Third
Street between Lithia Way and East Main Street shall be
designated a one-way street. Third Street shall be one-way
southerly from Lithia Way to East Main Street.
SECTION 2. The effective date of this change shall be March
30, 1990 or earlier to allow coordination of the change with
the Oregon St~te Highway Division.
SECTION 3. The Director of Public Works is directed and
requested to place the necessary signs and street marking in
accordance with this resolution and the Manual on Uniform
Control Devises as adopted by the State of Oregon.
SECTION 4. Violation of this Resolution shall be an
infraction and shall subject the person involved to the
penalty set forth in Section 1.08.020 of the Ashland
Municipal Code.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland,
Oregon, on this 5th day of December, 1989.
