A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MARKED CROSSWALK OlN' B
STREET AT FIFTH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is determined that a painted crosswalk wi"th standard
signs be installed across B Street on the West side of Fifth Street
because of the special needs of the residents of the Pinlal House.
SECTION 2. If the Pinel House relocates or is no longer operating at
the site, the crosswalk will be removed without further action of the
City Council.
SECTION 3. The Publ ic Works Director is ordered to placla the proper
street markings and signs to establish the crosswalk as specified in
this resolution.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of th,e Ashland City Council on the 20th day of March, 1990.
