ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT

1. Modification to Section 2.4
Increase scope of work beyond the original defined work as follows:
Provide a sub-consultant to provide a geotechnical investigation and design
recommendation regarding expected rock excavation.
2. Modification of Section 8.3
a. Add cost of extra work = $5,514.00
b. Adjusted contract total = $26,284.00
C. Amendment NO.2
. 1. Modification to Section 2.4
Redesign and re-align Section Number 1 (station 0+00 to 5+19.10) of the project
including preparation of an easement description.
2. Modification of Section 8.3
a. Add cost of Amendment NO.1 = $5,514.00
b. Add cost of Amendment NO.2 = $4,716.00
c. Adjust total contract = $31,000.00
