A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON
APPROVING THE RESIDENTIAL WEATHERIZATION CONSERVATIION
ACQUISITION AGREEMENT
(CONTRACT NO. DE-MS79-90BP92907)
WHEREAS, the City of Ashland wishes to continue to offer a weatherization
program to our citizens; and
WHEREAS, the Bonneville Power Administration has offered a long term contract
to the City of Ashland to replace the current conservation contract; and
WHEREAS, the City of Ashland is desirous of accepting this contract offering for
the Residential Weatherization Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Ashland, Oregon as follows:
SECTION 1.
The City of Ashland hereby accepts the RESIDENTIAL
WEATHERIZATION CONSERVATION ACQUISITION AGREEMENT
designated as Contract No. DE-MS79-90BP92907.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized and directed
to sign the foregoing contract on behalf of the City of Ashland.
The foregoing resolution was READ and DULY ~[)OPTED at a regular meeting of
