RESOLUTION NO. 90-~S-
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE WHOLE SUM OF BOTH
PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST IMMEDIATELY DUE AND PAYABLE
WITH RESPECT TO ASSESSMENT LIENS AGAINST PROPERTY
OWNED BY EMMA IRELAND, RICHARD IRELANDi BILLIE J
TORRESONi JAMES R AND MYRNA OCHSi ALL AS MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND, as follows:
Section 1. The City of Ashland has caused certain
improvements to be constructed within the corporate limi'ts which
benefit land owned by the following persons whose names appear
next to the description of the property to which they ei,ther own
or claim interest in:

section 2. The properties subject to the liens and

No payment has been made toward any of the above
mentioned assessments within the period of one year immediately
preceding the date of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The City of Ashland hereby declares the
whole sum of both principal and interest for the above dE~scribed
assessment liens immediately due and payable.
The foregoing Resolution was read and duly approved at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Ashland on
