Resolution No. 89-C?/
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES
FOR BANKING SERVICES ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND
BE IT RESOLVED, that for the City of Ashland, and the
following are hereby authorized to sign on behalf of said City,
orders for payment or withdrawal of money: Catherine M. Golden,
Mayor, or in her absence, Patricia J. Acklin, Acting Mayor, and by
either Nan E. Franklin, Recorder/Treasurer, or in her absence,
Jill Turner, Director of Finance/Assistant Treasurer, or
Karen Huckins, Supervising Accountant.
Such authority shall remain in force until revoked by
written notice to said bank of the action taken by the Council of
the City of Ashland.
All prior authorization are hereby superceded.
BE IT RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect on
January 3, 1989.
The foregoing resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the 3rd day
of January 1989.
