RESOLUTION NO. 89-22
A RESOLUTION CHANGING PARKING LIMITATIONS ON A CERTAIN
PORTION OF THIRD STREET AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION OF THIS RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Parking shall be limited to one (1) hour on -the westerly
side of Third Street between Lithia Way and East Main Street with the
exception of one (1) parking stall in front of 37 Third street which
shall be limited to fifteen (15) minutes.
SECTION 2. The Department of Public Works is directed to place the
required signs.
SECTION 3. It shall be rebuttably presumed that a vehicle which is
parked in violation of the provisions of this Resolution was parked by
the registered owner.
SECTION 4. The penalty for violation of this Resolution shall be as
provided in Ashland Municipal Code, Section 11.28.110.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland, Oregon on this 6th
day of June, 1989.
