RESOLUTION 89-~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INVESTMENT OF CITY
MONIES IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL
WHEREAS, it is the City policy to diversify the investment portfolio by
instrument and institution.
WHEREAS, ORS 294.810 authorizes local governments to place up to $20
million in the Local Government Investment Pool.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Ashland authorizes the
investment of monies with the Local Government Investment Pool.
The foregoing resolution was READ and_EULY ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the Ashland City Council on the~~day of June 1989.
