RESOLUTION NO. 89-~9(;'
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PARKING ON MOUNTAIN AVENUE THROUGH JUNE 1990.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The no parking zone on the east side of Mountain Avenue
between Henry Street and Ashland Street be removed and unlimited
parking be allowed until June 30, 1990, at which time the no parking
zone will be reinstated without further action of the City Council.
SECTION 2. Southern Oregon State College will reimburse the City of
Ashland for the full costs of installing and removing the signs and
street markings and the maintenance of those signs and markings until
the no parking is reinstituted.
SECTION 3. The Director of Public Works is directed to place the
necessary signs and street markings in accord with this resolution in
substantial conformance with Exhibit A attached to this resolution.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Ashland, Oregon on this 5th day of
September, 1989.
