County Surveyor, lying situate within the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, within
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamerte Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon,
more particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit;
Commencing at the northeast comer of Parcel 1, Partition Plat No. P-05-2005 ofthe Plat
Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 89016'35" West, along the north line
of said Parcell, a distance of93.76 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South,
leaving said north line of Parcell, a distance of 148.22 feet to a point of curvature:;
