There is no other supplier that is RVTD and City of Ashland approved at this time. : ) CITY OF ASHILAND Memo DATE: TO: FROM: RE: December 12, 2005 Lee Tuneberg Karl Johnson 05-27 Ashland High School Bus Shelter Installation The City of Ashland would like to begin work on a project of installing bus shelters at Ashland High School on Siskiyou Blvd. We would like to have a shelter on each side of Siskiyou at tht:: existing bus stops at the intersection of Siskiyou and Beach/Morse. The Siskiyou Blvd project put in shelters at almost all of the other major stops on Siskiyou, but these two were left out. I have met R VTD to look at the areas and to discuss ifRVTD would be willing to work together with the City on the project. We have an agreement with RVTD for the City to purchase the shelters and trash cans and RVTD supplying the concrete work that is necessary. The City is looking at getting shelters that would match the other shelters on Siskiyou, which are somewhat expensive. The City would work together with RVTD to get the shelters installed as well.
