be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
Action: Agree to participate in the local improvement districts for the future construction of a new railroad
crossing from "A" Street across the tracks to the north, and agree not to remonstrate to tlhe formation of such
local improvement di ' , nd agr pa assigned share of such designated impro ment costs.
