to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be bindin~1 upon future owners
of the property.

Action: The owner shall not install kitchen facilities into the new garage/office. The existing property contains only
one single family residence and the new garage/office will not be utilized as a separalte residential unit. A
separate, second residential unit is not permitted without obtaining conditional use Jl1ermit approval, and
therefore use of the garage/office as a separate dwelling would be a violation of the! Ashland Municipal
Code a~~o all penalties thereof.

required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is
to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
For County Use Only
The property owners agree not to pave or surface the driveway area with materials that create an impervious
surface (i.e. asphalt, brick, concrete, etc.). The driveway is required to be maintained with the proposed
Grasspave 2 system in perpetuity, unless a functional equivalent (in accordance with the definition of lot
coverage AMC 18.08.160) is approved in writing by the City of Ashland Planning Department.
