MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON
and
LOCAL UNION NO. 659
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS
It is hereby agreed between the above parties to waive
the Employment Relation Board hearing scheduled for June 22,
1981.
Furthermore, the City of Ashland hereby agrees to waive
the Consent Election and recognize Local Union 659, International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, as representing the majority
of employees in the bargaining unit in classifications listed
below.
Account Clerk, Administrative Secretary,
Associate Planner, Building Inspector~
Cashier, Clerk I, Clerk II, Court Clerk I,
Court Clerk II, Engineering Tech I,
Engineering Tech II, Fire Department Secretary,
Storekeeper, Switchboard Operator, Utility
Accountant and other classifications that
may be mutually agreed on, as needed.
