Per your conversation with Del.
At this time we have only a contract for two filters. However, you have assured Del we are doing all four. Therefore, once you have
reviewed
and approved the submittals I mailed last week, R & G will order the media and equipment for all four filters. However, please confirm in
writing
that if for some reason we only do two filters, then the owner will purchase, at cost, the media and equipment for the two we do not do.

Please order materials f or all four filters, submit a request for MOH, and include storage in a
certified warehouse or transfer site for half of the materials because we don t have a good place
to put the granular material. You can store the I MS cap for all four at the warehouse, but It
VIIOUldnt be safe to put the granular materials at the plant during flood season.
