As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is to
be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our expmss intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
Action: Agree to participate in the local improvement districts for the future improvement of Nursery Street
(sidewalks, curbs, gutters and paving), and agree not to remonstrate to the formation of suc:h local improvement
district; and agree to pay assigned share of such designated improvement costs.

Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 3, Block 14, of the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, according to the Official 1888 Map
thereof 7 thence Southwesterly, along the Northerly line of said lot, 179
feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof 7 thence South, 80.0 feet, more
or less, to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 37 thence Northeasterly,
along the Southerly line of said lot, 200 feet, 6 inches to the Westerly
line of Main Street7 thence North 15- West, along said line, 80.0 feet to
the point of beginning.
EXCBPTING THEREFROM a strip of land, 12.50 feet in width, off the entire
