City of Astlland, a munlcpal corporation Grantor, releases and quitclaims to
Roderick e. Heublein, Grantee, the following described real property:
That certain 10' public utility llr. Irrigation easement affecting the North 10 feet; the
West 5 feet of that certain 15' public utility. Irrigation easement affecting the East
15 feet; and that certain area designated as UMIlS OF P.U.E., exduslve of any
portion thereof lying within the 10' slope. P.U.E., along the Southerly boundary
and that certain 10' pedestrian way llr. public utility easement, along the West
boundary, of Lot Three (3) In Block One (1) of Agape Subdivision, In the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, as said easements are shown on the official plat
of said Agape Subdivision.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS QUITClAIM DEED IS TO TERMINATE THOSE PORTIONS OF
THE EASEMENTS SHOWN ABOVE AS THEY EFFECT SAID LOT 3.
The true~nslderatlon for this conveyance Is to terminate easement only.
BEFORE IGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING FEE
TITLE SH ULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S R1GHlS, IF ANY UNDER OtAPTER 1,
OREGON !-AWS 2005 (BALLOT MEASURE 37 (2004)). THIS INSTRUMENT WIll NOT ALLOW
USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPlICABLE
LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS
