simple of that property described in Instrument No. 02-65459, Official Records, Jackson
County, Oregon does hereby dedicate to the City of Ashland, a drainage way easement,
variable in width, the location of which is more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the most southerly comer of Lot 4 in Block 17 of the City of
AsWand, Jackson County, Oregon, according to the official plat thereof, adopted
November 5, 1888; thence along the southerly line of said Lot 4, North 60013'28" East
76.25 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said southerly line,
North 60013'28" East 19.41 feet; thence leaving said southerly line, North 22006'26"
West 32.48 feet; thence North 29046'32" West 32.79 feet to the southerly right-of-way
line of Lithia Way; thence along said southerly right-of-way, along the arc of a 328.10
foot radius non-tangent curve to the left (the long chord to which bears North 65007'51"
West 11.78 feet) a distance of 11.78 feet; thence leaving said southerly right-of-way line,
South 07015'39" West 17.08 feet; thence South 31051'33" East 16.78 feet; thence South
00057'23" East 14.24 feet; thence South 29004'22" East 31.70 feet to the point of
beginning.
