A G R E E MEN T
THIS AGREEMENT dated April 30, 1975, is between the
CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
and VIRGINIA WADE. Virginia Wade hereby agrees and warrants as
follows:
1. That she is the record owner of certain property
located in the County of Jackson, State of Oregon, adjacent to the
City of Ashland, the street address of which is 880 Helman Street,
Ashland, Oregon, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
2. That there is presently across this property from
Helman Street to the Sewage Treatment Plant of the City of Ashland
a roadway which has been used by the City of Ashland for access to
it Sewage Treatment Plant.
3. In exchange for the sum of FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS
($1500.00) , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Virginia
Wade, she does hereby agree that the City of Ashland shall have full
and unrestricted use of said road from the date hereof and during
the entire period of her right to possession or occupancy of the
land described in Exhibit "A". The only limitation shall be that
gates shall be kept closed at all times across said road but not
locked.
