Enclosed is a signed original copy of an Agreement
whereby Virginia Wade is permitting the City to have a
limited use of her land for access purposes to the Sewage
Treatment Plant. Please place this Document with the City
papers.

AGREEMENT
I, VIRGINIA WADE, acknowledge the following:
10 I am the contract purchaser of approximately ten (10)
acres located at 880 Helman Street just outside the City Limits of
Ashland and that my property is adjacent to the Ashland Sewage
Treatment Plant.
20 I have received from the City of Ashland the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)0
3. The City of Ashland, its agents and others at the
direction of the City of Ashland, are to have the right to use a
road, the location of which was generally agreed upon on May 7, 1974.
This road does connect the Sewage Treatment Plant to public roads.
The use of this road by the City of Ashland is limited expressly to
loads that are of such size that they cannot be taken to the Sewage;
Treatment Plant by means of the road that the City of Ashland is

using on this date and that goes across lands being purchased by,
Mssrs. Hardesty and Helfrich and others.
4. It is understood that it is estimated that not more

5. The City of Ashlandts right to use this road is to
continue for one (1) year and until May 6, 1975.
