Beginning at a point 37.0 rods West and 142.5 feet South of the quarter section corner
common to Sections 5 and 8 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian
in Jackson County, Oregon; thence southwesterly to a point 47.0 rods West and 200.0 feet
South of said quarter corner; thence West 325.0 feet; thence South 260 West 180.0 feet;
thence South 360 West 221.0 feet to the east line of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 8; thence South, along said line, to the northwest
