Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION: Agree that the accessory structures on Parcel 1 (Lot 1 on approved preliminary plat of PA 2005-01830 Land
Partition) shall be removed prior to a change of ownership, or submittal of a building permit for Parcel 1 by a party
other than the property owners at the time of the Land Partition approval PA 2005-01830, Rod and Barbara Hinds.
