Commissioners,
It is with deep regret that I must tender my resignation as Chair of the
Bicycle and Pedestrian Commission. My three years on the commission have
been challenging and rewarding, and I enjoyed working with you all
immensely. Unfortunately, I have other commitments and demands that will
prevent me from giving the Commission the time and energy I believes it
deserves. I wish you all the best of luck and will continue to support your
efforts in whatever way I can in an unofficial capacity.

Dear Dylan,
I received your e-mail today regarding your resignation from the Bike and Pedestrian
Commission. I will be sad to see you go, but I fully understand not wanting to let your
commitment to the commission suffer due to your other activities and workload. Please
accept my sincere appreciation for the efforts you have put forth as both a member and as
chair ofthis commission. I hope you enjoyed the time spent working for a better Ashland.
Additionally, congratulations on the success of this weekend's Annual Bike Swap. I have
heard several extremely positive comments regarding the event this morning, and I'm sure
your commission worked hard to ensure its success.
Should your schedule free up and you should wish to work on any of our Boards or
Commissions again in the future, please let me know.
