RESOLUTION 2007-lQ
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION
TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
RECITALS:
The City must annually adopt a resolution electing to receive an
apportionment of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services General
Fund revenues derived from taxes imposed as part of State Revenue
Sharing.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOllOWS:
Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City elects to receive state revenues for fiscal
year 2007-2008.
This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland ~al Code
~2.04.090 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 5" day of ,2007.

I certify that a public hearing before the Budget Committee was held on May 21, 2007
and a public hearing before the City Council was held on June 5,2007, giving citizens an
opportunity to comment on use of State Revenue Sharing.
