A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE 2006-2007 BUDGET
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Because of the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Ashland determine that it is necessary to transfer
appropriations as follows:
General Fund
To: Fire Operations-Capital Outlay
From: General Fund- Contingency

To Transfer appropriations from General Fund Contingency to Fire Operations Capital
Outlay. This is necessary due to design costs for Fire Station #2 being absorbed in the
Fire Department budget in the General Fund.

Economic and Cultural Grants
General Fund- Contingency

To Transfer appropriations from General Fund Contingency to Economic and Cultural
Development Grants. This is necessary due to $5,000 reallocation from FY 2005-06.
Street Fund
To: Street-Storm Water SDC's
From: Street Fund- Contingency
$10,000
$10,000
To Transfer appropriations from Street Fund Contingency to Street Fund, Storm Water
SDC's. This is necessary to cover higher Storm Water SDC's than anticipated.
Central Service Fund
To: City Recorder- Personal Services
City Recorder- Materials & Services
From: Central Service Fund- Contingency

To Transfer appropriations from Central Service Fund Contingency to City Recorder-
Personal Services and Materials & Services. This is necessary for Personal Services to
cover increased salary costs for elected official and related benefits and for Materials &
Services for increased election costs.
Water Fund
To: Water-Improvement SDC's
From: Water Fund - Contingency

To Transfer appropriations from Water Fund Contingency to Water Fund, Improvement
SDC's. This is necessary to cover higher Water SDC's than anticipated.
SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
