AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE AIRPORT LICENSE FEE BY
DELETING CHAPTER 6.38 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6.38 of the Ashland Municipal Code is repealed.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the 17th day of October, 1995, and
duly PASSED and ADOPTED this __
