Banking Services Pricing Agreement
Amendment
To the Pricing Agreement dated June 30, 2005
By and Between:
City of Ashland
20 E Main Street
And
Bank of America
121 SW Morrison Street
City of Ashland and Bank of America hereby mutually agree to extend the terms and pricing of the
original Pricing Agreement dated June 30, 2005 for a new (1) one year period beginning June 30,
2008 and ending June 30, 20009.
This document shall be incorporated as an amendment to the original Pricing Agreement cited
above.
IN WITNESS WHEROF, each of the parties has caused this Pricing Agreement to be executed as of
July 10,2007, by it duly authorized officer(s).
