. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

'That Henry G. Enders and Vetris M. Enders, husband and
I wife, ..do hereby grant an easement unto THE CITY OF ASHLAND, a

. municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), which easement is for
sewer pipe line purposes an0 is over the property situated in
Jackson County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit:.
A strip of land 20.0 feet in width and lying 10.0
feet on either side of the following described
center line: Beginning at a point on the West
line of property described in Deed Volume 348,
page 149, of record; 'said point being 710.0 feet
West and 195.0 feet South of the Southeast corner
of D. L. C. #44 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East,
Wi11amette Meridian, in Jackson County, Oregon;
thence1 South 740 39' East 230.0 feet; thence,
South ~80 081 East 400.0 feet more or less to the
center line of Bear 'Creek.

The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances what-
soever.
The Grantee shall have the right to go on the above de-
scribed premises for the purpose of installing sewer lines and
for the purpose of maintaining the same.
