KN8W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Pndrew ~. Stevens and Blanche E. Stevens, husband and
wife, do hereby grant an easement unto THE CITY 8F ASHLAND, a
municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in con-
sir'lera tion of One Dollar ($1. J'J), which easement is for sewer
pipe line purposes ann is over the property situated in Jackson
County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit:

A strip of land 2J.0 feet in width and lying 10.)
feet on either side of the following described center
line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of D. L. c.
H~8 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette
Meridian in Jackson County, Jregon; thence, East
1432.2 feet; thence, South 2470.0 feet to a point 0'1
the North line of a County ?oad (East Main Street
extended); thence, Westerly along said North line
10.0 feet to the true point of beginning of this
center line; thence, North 820.0 feet; thence, ~orth
520 30' West 550.0 feet more or less to the South
line of the Pacific Highway Channel change easement.
The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever,
except for that certain mortgage given to Henry G. Enders and
Vetris '1. Enders, husband and wife.
The Grantee shall have the right to go on the above-nescribei
premises for the purpose of installing sewer lines and for the
purpose of maintaining the same.
