As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the C~y of AShland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs, This Agreement is
to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with Ihe land, so that fulfillment of the Items listed balow shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action:
The owner shall not utilize the condominium unll addressed as 847 Pavilion Place for retail/commercial gallery or
retail/commercial studio purposes. The conversion of the area to the use as a private hobby space has been
proposed and approved for personal hobby use only as an accessory to the owners' approved residential unit in t~e
same building, Use of the 847 Pav!!!!:'n Place fer 2 comm";C:'al studio 0; yailery I:; not a pemnllted use wllhin the HC
Heallhcare Services zoning district, and therefore use of the space for that purpOse would be a violation of the
Ashland Municipal Code and subject to all penallies thereof. Nothing in the above agreement limits the
already approved com~aI use of the co ominium within the HC zone for any f~ ow"!r. 07
