Upon annexation of the land described in Exhibit "A" to the City of Ashland, their Restrictive Covenant shall automatically terminate. The covenant contained herein shall run with the land as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and shall also inure to the benefit of the City of Ashland, Oregon.
