ADDENDUM TO
INTERNET SERVICE AGREEMENT
Addendum made this 24TH day of Januarv. 2008, between the City of Ashland ("City")
and Hunter Communications ("Contractor").
Recitals:
A. On February 9. 2007, City and Contractor entered into a contract for Internet
Bandwidth Services (further referred to in this addendum as lithe agreementll).
B. The parties desire to amend the agreement to extend the aareement for an
additional one year period.
City and Contractor agree to amend the agreement in the following manner:
1. Extend the agreement for an additional one year period in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth in the original Request for Proposal, which states the
contract can be extended annually up to two additional years for a maximum of three
(3) years.
3. Except as modified above the terms of the agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
