EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That CLARENCE E. MILLER and
ESTELLA M. MILLER, husband and wife, do hereby grant an easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of
Oregon, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), which
easement is for sewer pipe line purposes and is over the property
situated in Jackson County, Oregon, described as follows, to-wit:
A 10 foot strip of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 36 of the
Bellevue Tracts in the City of Ashland, Jackson County,
Oregon, according to the official plat thereof: thence
North 89048' West 293.0 feet to the easterly right-of-
way line of Beswick Way: thence South 0046' West along
said easterly line 10 feet: thence South 890481 East
293.0 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Park
Street: thence North 0012' East along said westerly
line 10 feet to the point of beginning.
The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
The Grantee shall have the right to go on the above described
premises for the purpose of installing sewer lines and for the
purpose of maintaining the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their
hands and seals this 17 tf. day of April, 1967.

described in and who executed the within instrument, and acknowl-
edged to me that they executed the same freely and voluntarily.
