EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned do
hereby grant an easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal
corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), which easement is for irrigation pipe line
purposes and is over the property situated in Jackson County,
Oregon, described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 10 feet in width and lying 5 feet on
either side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point which lies 200 feet West
of the intersection of the Westerly line of Alta
Avenue with the center line of West Street in the
City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
continue West on the said center line extended
285.0 feet to the Easterly line of Grandview Drive
in said City.
The undersigned, T. L. Buerkle and Ruby Buerkle, husband and
wife, are the legal owners, and Woodrow Brock and Marilyn Brock,
husband and wife, are the equitable owners of said real property.
The undersigned hereby warrant that said real property is free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
The Grantee shall have the right to go on the above described
premises for the purpose of installing irrigation lines and for the
purpose of maintaining the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their
hands and seals this
