As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is
to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action: That the property owners agree to restrict the easterly driveway of the "Ashland Street Plaza
Condominium" development located at 1651 Ashland Street to right turn in and right turn out only
should the driveway intersection reach an unacceptable level in the future as determined by the City of
Ashland Engineering and Planning Divisions.

Beginning at a ~" galvanized iron pipe monumenting the most Southerly Southwest
corner of Parcel No. 1 of Minor partition Plat recorded the 24 day of September
1990 as partition Plat No. P-95-1990 of "Record of Partition Plats" in Jackson
County, Oregon, and filed as Survey No. 12195 in the Office of the Jackson County
Surveyor; thence along the westerly and Southerly boundary of said Parcel No. 1 the
following courses: North 00016'14" West 126.95 feet to a found ~" pinched top
galvanized iron pipe; thence North 89024'22" West 193.93 feet to a found W'
galvanized iron pipe; thence South 00013'26" East 10.21 feet to a found ~"
galvanized iron pipe; thence South 89055'53" West 7.05 feet to a found ~" galvanized
iron pipe monumenting the most Westerly Southwest corner of said Parcel No.1;
thence to an along the East boundary of the tract described in deed recorded as No.
