Hi Nancy,
I have big news! I got a job with the Forest Service doing research on tree mortality and insect activity.
The job is based in Corvallis and we will be moving in late April. Sadly, I will have to resign from the Forest
Lands Commission. I am sorry to do this having only served for a few months. But I certainly appreciate
the opportunity---I have learned a lot and enjoyed being a part of such a great team. I still have time to
finish helping with the wordsmithing of the Winburn Parcel document and I can still make it to April's
meeting.
I am not sure how to resign "officially"---can you advise me of any particular procedure?
